Why was Mr. Keesing annoyed with Anne? What did he ask her to do?

Mr Keesing was annoyed with Anne because she talked too much in class. He at first gave her several warnings and when this did not work he punished her by giving her extra homework of writing an essay on the subject ‘A Chatterbox’.
